President / Owner of Miller Carlisle Insurance Associates, Inc. since May of 2006.

Kim has been with the agency since 1982. She started her career with the agency as the receptionist and worked her way up to Vice-President in June 1997. She purchased the agency, when the founder, Gene Miller, passed away suddenly in December of 2005. She knows that the extensive knowledge and training that she received from Mr. Miller will enable her to continue on the professional and successful path that the agency has been on since its inception in 1978. Kim is married, has 3 children and is a lifetime resident of Newville.
Kim is a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC).

THOMAS LANE –

Sales Associate joined Miller Carlisle Insurance Associates in September of 2006.

Tom heads up the Health Insurance division of the agency and has prior experience. He specializes in Health, Life & Disability Insurance for Groups, Individuals and Medicare eligible beneficiaries. He also has expertise in the HSA and HRA Tax preferred plans, Medicare Supplement, Medicare Advantage and Medicare Part D Prescription Drug Plans. Tom resides in York, PA and is married and has 2 children.

ALLISON MCTIGHE –

Commercial Lines Sales/CSR joined Miller Carlisle Insurance Associates in 2014.

Allison originally started her insurance career in 2006 at Miller Carlisle Insurance where she handled Personal Lines service and sales. She then moved to Denver, where she lived for 3 years to gain experience in large commercial account management. In October of 2014, she re-joined the Miller Carlisle Insurance Associates team as an addition to the Commercial Lines department doing sales and service. Allison is also the daughter of owner, Kim Shoff.

CSR and Sales Associate with Miller Carlisle Insurance Serivces, LLC.

Sandy has been in the insurance business since 1986.  She started her career at an insurance company as a file and mail clerk then worked her way up to an underwriting assistant. Sandy has many years of commercial lines insurance experience.  Her knowledge spans various types of business from small to large accounts.  When not working she enjoys spending time with her grandchildren.

Amanda has been in insurance business since 2013 and has obtained her CISR designation. She excels at helping clients find the right kind of insurance for their personal needs. She specializes in personal lines insurance and believes it is her responsibility to help clients make the best possible decisions for their unique situations. Rod Irish is a licensed insurance producer in Maryland and Pennsylvania. He is the proud Father of 2 incredible children! A network marketing and strategic planning specialist, Rod brings 20+ years of Human Resources, Executive Leadership, and Corporate Training expertise from companies such as JP Morgan Chase, Dobson Communications, Encore Marketing International, and American Express. Former Business Development Manager of the Washington County Chamber of Commerce and currently serving on the Advisory Board for the Maryland Black Chamber of Commerce, Rod supports the business community with a strong emphasis on equal opportunity education for women/minority business owners, entrepreneurs, and non-profit organizations. Rod is a Pittsburgh Steelers super fan! He is an avid traveler both domestically and internationally. He loves his puppy, Laila, and is an advocate for animal rescues.

Nichole joined MCIS in 2024 & is a native of the Carlisle area. After graduating from Carlisle High School in 2003, she moved to Wyoming. Nichole then moved back home to Carlisle to be with her family. She strives to be organized and her enthusiasm to learn new things are just a couple of the many great things she brings to MCIS team. Nichole spends her free time with her teenage son who plays football, her boyfriend & his 3 children, and her 2 dogs Juju and Summer. She also loves DIY crafts and gardening.

Susan is a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative for Miller Carlisle Insurance Services. Susan has been working in the insurance industry since 1998 focusing on improving customer relations and increasing retention. Before gaining an interest in insurance, Susan honorably served in the U.S. Air Force. Susan was impressed with how each co-worker works together at Miller Carlisle Insurance. She takes pride in a job well done and being very detail orientated. In her free time, you can find Susan with her husband and her dog or spending time with her two sons, daughter-in-law and six grandchildren. Susan also like reading and baking/cooking.
